What does it cost?
$2,500 flat for the build, our founding price for the first five practices: $1,250 to start and $1,250 before launch. After that, $197 a month covers hosting and care. It is all in writing before you commit.
Can you promise more patients or a top spot on Google?
No, and nobody honest can. We build everything that helps people find and choose you, test it before launch, and show you the results.
Is the visit request safe for patient privacy?
It asks for a name, a phone number and a good time to call, and it tells people not to include medical details. Anything clinical stays in your practice software.
Does it work with our scheduling software?
If your system offers online booking, we can link the site straight to it. If not, the visit request goes to your front desk.
What do you need from us?
Photos of your team and office if you have them, your treatments, the plans you accept and your hours. We turn that into the words and pages.
What happens after launch?
We keep it running: hosting, updates, a monthly AI check and one small edit a month. Anything bigger, like a new page, is quoted in writing first.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. The domain stays registered in your name, and we manage it for you.
Is there a referral reward?
Yes. If you refer a practice that becomes a paying client, you get three months of the care plan free, or $250 if you’re not on it.
Do you only build for dentists?
Dental practices are our focus. We also build for home-improvement trades and other local businesses, each with their own page on this site.
