Kairo Book a call

Websites for deck builders · Southern California

Websites for deck builders that sell the next backyard.

A homeowner picks a deck builder by scrolling through finished decks. Kairo builds your site around yours, a full page per project, with the plain answers AI search reads, so the next backyard finds you.

What the site has to do

Four things every deck builder site gets right.

  1. 1

A page for every deck worth showing

The yard before, the material, the size, how long it took, and the photos from the first board to the first barbecue. A homeowner comparing three builders keeps reading the one that shows how the job went.

  2. 2

    Materials, said plainly

Composite, hardwood, pressure-treated, aluminium patio covers. What holds up near the coast and what holds up in inland heat, answered on the page in your words, so the call starts further along.

  3. 3

Your service area, town by town

A page for each area you cover, so a search for a deck builder in Mission Viejo or Lake Forest has a real page to land on, not one line in the footer.

  4. 4

One way to start a quote

A range by size and material from your own numbers, a booking calendar, or a short quote form. Whichever matches how you sell, on every page.

Built to be found by AI

What your customers ask AI.

Homeowners now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI who to hire, as well as searching the old way. Your service pages and FAQ get written to answer questions like these in your words, with the structured data AI search reads.

Before launch, Kairo asks AI search those questions, so on delivery day you see where you start. On the Care Plan they are asked again every month as AI search catches up with the new site. Nobody can promise a placement in the answer, and Kairo does not.

  • “Who builds composite decks near me?”
  • “How much does a 400 square foot deck cost in Orange County?”
  • “Do I need a permit to build a deck in my city?”
  • “Which patio cover companies in Southern California have good reviews?”

Portfolio

A concept build in your trade.

Real sites you can open and scroll on your phone, not mockups in a laptop frame.

The Diego’s Quality Construction homepage on a laptop, split down the middle: peeling, weathered lap siding on the left under the line Rot under the paint, and a freshly painted house on the right under the headline Siding, decks and wood repair in Rancho Santa Margarita, with a single new board floating across the seam. The same homepage on a phone: a strip of peeling siding across the top, the finished house below it, and the headline, the rating and the call button stacked in thumb reach.

No. 01 · Concept build

Diego’s Quality Construction

A siding and deck carpenter whose customers keep saying the repair disappears, so the whole site is built as a before and after you scroll through.

Rancho Santa Margarita, California

Siding replacement, decks and balconies, fascia and wood rot, patio covers, gates and painting
  • Two columns held the whole way down: the house as it is on the left, what the crew leaves on the right. The page closes by letting the finished side take the screen.
  • At the middle of the page a patched board fades into the wall as you scroll, then asks you to find it. Tap the wall and the outline comes back.
  • All fifty written Google reviews are printed in full on the site, and five real jobs are told in the customers’ own words.
  • Built for the phone first and checked in iPhone Safari, with the call button and the price form in thumb reach on every page.

Questions

Asked by deck builders, answered.

Can my site give homeowners a price range?

Yes. Every build includes one main action, and for deck builders that is often a range by size and material, worked out from numbers you set. It never shows a price you have not approved, and it collects a name and number before it does.

Do I need professional photos?

Real photos of your own work matter more than polished ones. Sharp, well lit phone photos of finished decks carry a project page. Kairo does not sell photography; a photographer is worth it later, not required to start.

What does it cost?

$1,800 flat, founding-client pricing for the first five clients, split into $900 to start and $900 before launch. The same build and the same price for every trade, with an optional $197 a month Care Plan after launch.
