Websites for remodelers · Southern California

Remodeler websites that show the before and the after.

Kitchen and bath clients hire the remodeler whose last job looks like the room they want. Kairo builds your site around those jobs, one page each, and makes sure AI search can read what you do and where.

What the site has to do

Four things every remodeler site gets right.

  1. 1

Before and after on every project

The old room, the new one, the layout change and the timeline. A remodel is a story with a clear ending, and the page should tell it the way you would walk someone through it.

  2. 2

Pages by room, not by buzzword

Kitchens, bathrooms, tub to shower conversions, whole-home. Each one gets its own page, because that is how people search and how AI search sorts who does what.

  3. 3

    The process, written out

Design, permits, demolition, the weeks without a kitchen. What living through a remodel is like is exactly what homeowners ask, and a site that answers it earns the call.

  4. 4

A quote request that asks the right things

Room, rough size, timing and budget range, so the first call is about their project instead of collecting the basics.

Built to be found by AI

What your customers ask AI.

Homeowners now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI who to hire, as well as searching the old way. Your service pages and FAQ get written to answer questions like these in your words, with the structured data AI search reads.

Before launch, Kairo asks AI search those questions, so on delivery day you see where you start. On the Care Plan they are asked again every month as AI search catches up with the new site. Nobody can promise a placement in the answer, and Kairo does not.

  • “Who does tub to shower conversions near me?”
  • “How long does a kitchen remodel take?”
  • “Which bathroom remodelers in Orange County have good reviews?”
  • “Do I need a permit to remodel my bathroom?”

Portfolio

Concept builds in your trade.

Real sites you can open and scroll on your phone, not mockups in a laptop frame.

The MODE Renovation homepage on a laptop, split down the middle: an old clawfoot tub on the left and a finished walk-in shower on the right, with the headline Bathtub and shower replacement in Corona, CA under the old one and In as little as one day under the new one. The same homepage on a phone: the old tub and the new shower side by side across the top, the headline and the 5.0 rating below, and a call and free estimate bar at the bottom.

MODE Renovation

A bathroom crew that swaps an old tub for a new shower in a day or two, so the whole site is built as a before and after with a seam down the middle.

Trade
Bathtub and shower replacement, tub to shower conversions and walk-in showers
  • The first screen is two photographs and two backgrounds, the old bathroom and the new one, joined at a seam that runs through the page.
  • At the middle of the page, scrolling drives the seam across a tile wall until the wall reads as one seamless surface, which is what their material does.
  • Their state contractor licence is printed only after it was checked as current and active on the state record.
  • Twenty five pages, including a page for each service and each city they work in, built for the phone first.
The Pool House Remolding Pros homepage on a laptop: a drawn wall of aqua pool tile above a band of rippling water, with a white panel carrying the headline Kitchens, baths, additions and ADUs in Buena Park and a call button. The same homepage on a phone: the headline, the call button and the price button stacked on the tile wall, with the water below and a call bar at the bottom.

Pool House Remolding Pros

A Buena Park remodeler with a pool in its name, so the site keeps the pool as the look and lets the copy be all about kitchens, baths and additions.

Where
Buena Park, California
Trade
Kitchens, bathrooms, additions, ADUs, interior and exterior remodels
  • The page is laid out in chapters, with a gauge in the margin that fills as you read and jumps to any chapter.
  • In the reviews chapter a waterline rises as you scroll, and each review changes colour as the water reaches it.
  • The price tool shows ranges from two published 2026 cost guides, range first, then a name and number.
  • Every claim the site makes is one a customer review supports. Built for the phone first.

Questions

Asked by remodelers, answered.

We do kitchens, baths and more. Is that one site?

Yes. One site with a page for each service and a page for each project, so a homeowner looking for a bathroom sees bathrooms first, and AI search can tell exactly which jobs you take.

Can the site show our Google reviews?

Your real reviews, quoted as written, with the reviewer’s name as it appears on Google and a link back to the source. Never edited and never made up.

What does it cost?

$1,800 flat, founding-client pricing for the first five clients, split into $900 to start and $900 before launch. The same build and the same price for every trade, with an optional $197 a month Care Plan after launch.
