Kairo Book a call

Websites for roofers · Southern California

Roofing websites that get the call before the next rain.

Roofing gets bought in two moods: a leak today, or a replacement planned for months. Kairo builds a site for both, with the phone number one tap away, replacement jobs on their own pages, and the details AI search uses to recommend a roofer.

What the site has to do

Four things every roofer site gets right.

  1. 1

A fast path for a leak

Tap to call on every page, your hours, and a page just for leak and storm repair, because someone with water coming through the ceiling is not browsing.

  2. 2

    Replacements, material by material

Tile, shingle, metal and flat roofs, each with its own page and real projects, for the homeowner who is planning rather than panicking.

  3. 3

    Inspections, explained

What an inspection covers, what the report looks like, and how you handle insurance work if you take it. Plain answers save you the same phone call fifty times.

  4. 4

    License and coverage up front

Your real license number linked to the state board lookup. Roofing is a trade people check before they let anyone on the house.

Built to be found by AI

What your customers ask AI.

Homeowners now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI who to hire, as well as searching the old way. Your service pages and FAQ get written to answer questions like these in your words, with the structured data AI search reads.

Before launch, Kairo asks AI search those questions, so on delivery day you see where you start. On the Care Plan they are asked again every month as AI search catches up with the new site. Nobody can promise a placement in the answer, and Kairo does not.

  • “Who does emergency roof leak repair near me?”
  • “How much does a tile roof replacement cost in Orange County?”
  • “Which roofers in Southern California install metal roofs?”
  • “Do I need a permit to replace my roof?”

Portfolio

A concept build in your trade.

Real sites you can open and scroll on your phone, not mockups in a laptop frame.

The Navarro Brothers Roofing and Remodeling homepage on a laptop: the business name set large on a pale ground beside a photograph of a shingled roof in the rain, with the phone number and a price button under it. The same homepage on a phone, with the name, the phone number and the price button above the roof photograph and a call bar along the bottom.

Navarro Brothers Roofing & Remodeling

A roofing crew people call when water is already coming in, so the site starts with a stain on the ceiling and ends with the rain being just weather.

Where
Stanton, California
Trade
Roof replacement, metal roofs, leak and storm repair, inspections and gutters
  • The page reads like a printed feature in chapters, with a chapter marker in the margin as you go.
  • In the middle, scrolling replaces the roof layer by layer: the old roofing comes off, the new goes on from the eaves up, and the leak inside the room stops.
  • The roof estimator shows real ranges for replacement and metal roofs from two published 2026 California cost guides, and says plainly which jobs are priced after a look.
  • Reviews are grouped by the kind of job, so someone with a leak reads about leaks. Built for the phone first and checked in iPhone Safari.

Questions

Asked by roofers, answered.

Can the site take calls after hours?

The site puts your number one tap away on every page and says plainly when you answer. If you take emergency calls after hours, it says so; if you do not, it offers a callback form instead of a number nobody picks up.

We also do gutters and repairs. Do those get pages?

Yes. Each service you want more of gets its own page, so a search for gutter work lands on your gutter page, not your homepage.

What does it cost?

$1,800 flat, founding-client pricing for the first five clients, split into $900 to start and $900 before launch. The same build and the same price for every trade, with an optional $197 a month Care Plan after launch.

Let’s look at your site.

Fifteen minutes on a call. You leave with a written scope for your roofer site, whether or not you buy anything.
