Websites for pool builders · Southern California

Pool builder websites for the biggest thing in the yard.

A new pool is a long decision with a big number at the end. Kairo builds the site that carries a buyer through it: a page per pool, the build process in writing, and answers AI search can find and repeat.

What the site has to do

Four things every pool builder site gets right.

  1. 1

    A page per pool

Shape, finish, equipment, the yard before and the yard after. A buyer picturing their own backyard needs to see whole projects, not cropped water.

  2. 2

    The build, step by step

Design, excavation, steel, plumbing, plaster, start-up. Laying out how the build runs is how a buyer decides you will see it through.

  3. 3

    New builds and remodels, separate

Replaster, tile and equipment upgrades are a different buyer from a new pool. Each gets its own page.

  4. 4

    A consult request that qualifies

Yard access, timing and rough budget in a short form, so the design meeting is with someone ready to build.

Built to be found by AI

What your customers ask AI.

Homeowners now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI who to hire, as well as searching the old way. Your service pages and FAQ get written to answer questions like these in your words, with the structured data AI search reads.

Before launch, Kairo asks AI search those questions, so on delivery day you see where you start. On the Care Plan they are asked again every month as AI search catches up with the new site. Nobody can promise a placement in the answer, and Kairo does not.

  • “How long does it take to build a pool in Southern California?”
  • “Who builds plunge pools near me?”
  • “How much does it cost to replaster a pool?”
  • “Which pool builders in Orange County have good reviews?”

Questions

Asked by pool builders, answered.

How do AI search tools decide which pool builder to name?

They read what the web says about you: your site, your Google profile, reviews and directories. The site’s job is to state clearly what you build, where, and how, in a form they can read. Nobody can promise a placement, and Kairo does not.

Can the site walk someone through financing?

It can explain how paying for a pool works with you and link to a lender you already use. It does not run applications or make offers; that stays with the lender.

What does it cost?

$1,800 flat, founding-client pricing for the first five clients, split into $900 to start and $900 before launch. The same build and the same price for every trade, with an optional $197 a month Care Plan after launch.
